For more than 15 years Faros is the most important partner of the Flemish Social Care when it comes to development and maintenance of their supportive applications. It is crucial that the contributions and the payouts are treated correctly and swiftly.
The Faros agile project approach in this constantly evolving environment has proven its value in several occasions where the deadline of new regulations was so extremely tight that pragmatic and flexible thinking and acting was indispensable.

Background

Thanks to contributions, Flemish Social Care strengthens the financially situation and improves the quality of life of the residents who are in need of care. About 350.000 residents of Flanders receive monthly up to 560 euros via de Flemish Social Care.
